Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. For payment by bank transfer, please make full payment prior to the appointment. For Gift Voucher purchases, payment needs to be made before they can be mailed out to you. Please confirm your preferred payment method prior to your appointment. I may request a deposit be made to secure your booking.
Reminders for appointments will be sent out 24-48 hours prior to the appointment, along with relevant information including location, parking, payment information and other instructions. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment at any time without a reason.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to show up for your appointment; you may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
If you are required to pay a deposit for your appointment, this will have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment the deposit will not be refunded. Exclusions apply and this will be decided on a case by case basis.
If you would like to block book appointments – you may pay upfront for a number of appointments in blocks of 5 or 10 treatments. If you book an appointment that has been prepaid, and you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, at least 50% of the cost of the appointment will be kept and will be non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your appointment, the entire cost of the appointment will be kept. Exclusions apply and this will be decided on a case by case basis.
During your consultation and treatment, relevant personal details will be taken, including your contact information, a brief medical history and any other information that is necessary for your treatment. This information is held in compliance with the GDPR regulations and Data Protection Laws.
