Booking Policy

Payments

Payments can be made by cash or card.

  • For cash payments, please bring the correct amount as I do not carry change or hold any cash on the premises.
  • For Gift Voucher purchases, payment needs to be made before they can be mailed out to you.
  • For E Vouchers, payment needs to be made before they can be emailed to you.

Please confirm your preferred payment method prior to your appointment. Payment for Vouchers can be made via a payment link.


Reminders

Reminders for appointments will be sent out prior to the appointment, along with relevant information including location, parking, payment information and other instructions.


Cancellations and No Shows

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or you fail to show up for your appointment; you will be required to pay the full cost of your appointment. This includes wanting to reschedule or change the appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

If you are using a gift voucher and you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the gift voucher will be redeemed to cover the cost of the appointment, and you will not be able to use it on another appointment.

If you refuse to pay the cancellation charges, you may not be able to book any new appointments until the balance owed has been settled. Prepayment for future appointments may also be required.

I reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any point, without notice and without reason. If you have paid for your appointment and I cancel it, I will provide a full refund.


Deposits

All appointments require a £20 deposit at the point of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Inappropriate Behaviour

Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If your behaviour is unacceptable during your treatment, it will be ended and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. If your behaviour is unacceptable before, during or after a treatment, you will not be allowed to book any further appointments.

This clinic follows guidance from Respect Massage. Massage therapists that are members of Respect Massage hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session. When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
