Booking & Covid Policy

Cancellations and No Shows

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your booking cost. You will also be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.

If you have made a deposit, and you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. Exclusions apply at the therapist’s discretion.

I reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any point, without notice and without reason. If you have paid for your appointment and I cancel it, I will provide a full refund.

COVID-19 Policy

  • Please wear a face covering to your appointment unless you are exempt.
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or you test positive, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
  • If you are told to self isolate by NHS Track & Trace or you are self isolating for any other reason, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please follow all government guidelines with regards to COVID rules and restrictions.
  • In order to keep you safe I wear all of the appropriate ppe, I test regularly and I follow all of the latest government guidelines.


Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

Payment for Treatment:

  • For payment by bank transfer, please make full payment prior to the appointment.
  • For cash payments, please bring the correct amount as I do not carry change or hold any cash on the premises.
  • When paying for treatment with a Gift Voucher you will need to bring the Voucher to your appointment. If you do not bring your voucher to your appointment you will be required to pay with an alternative method.

Buying a Gift Voucher:

  • For Gift Voucher purchases, payment needs to be made before they can be mailed out to you.
  • For E Vouchers, payment needs to be made before they can be emailed to you.

I may request a deposit be made to secure your booking.


Reminders for appointments will be sent out prior to the appointment, along with relevant information including location, parking, payment information and other instructions.

Inappropriate Behaviour

Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. If your behaviour is unacceptable during your treatment, it will be ended and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. If your behaviour is unacceptable before or after a treatment, you will not be allowed to book any further appointments.

This clinic follows guidance from Respect Massage. Massage therapists that are members of Respect Massage hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session. When choosing a practice displaying the Respect Massage logo, you can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.
